Watermelon is a good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin C. It is good source of fluid too. A two-cup serving of watermelon is also a fair source for potassium, a mineral found inside of every cell which is necessary for water balance in the cell.
- Remove the seeds from watermelon pieces.
- Add this to a blender along with condensed milk, blend it smoothly.
- Pour this to a freezing tray [Ice cubes tray], Allow this to freeze.
- Remove from the tray and serve chill.
