Mango lassi is most commonly found in India and Pakistan though it is gaining popularity worldwide. It is made from yogurt, water and mango pulp. It may be made with or without additional sugar. Lassis are enjoyed chilled as a hot-weather refreshment, mostly taken with lunch.
- Yogurt - 1 cup
- Ripe Mango (peeled and chopped) or Mango Pulp - 1 cup
- Sugar - to taste
- Ice-cubes - few
- Combine all ingredients and blend until very smooth and fine.
- Pour in glasses and serve.
