Grape Juice

It is so refreshing in summer to have something cool to drink right next to your hand. Since summer is the hardest climate for the body to cope with in terms of maintaining hydration levels, a lot of people increase their consumption of juices during summer in an effort to beat the heat. Grapes juice is considered one of the most nutritional juices for health.
Ingredients:
- Grapes [Black grapes gives good color] - 2 lb
- sugar - 2 lb
- Water - 16 oz
Instructions:
- Remove the stems
- Wash the grapes thoroughly and allow to drain
- Add 2 cups of water in a heavy bottom pot and add grapes in to it.
- Boil grapes until grapes become soft.
- Remove softened grapes from heat and crush it thoroughly.
- Strain this through a strainer
- Combine Water and Sugar in another heavy bottom pan and boil till it is of two thread consistency.
- Mix the grape juice and sugar syrup together and stir thoroughly.
- Pour this to clean bottle and store in refrigerator.
To Prepare the Squash
- Grape concentration -5 Tablespoons or as needed
- Water-1 Cup
- Ice cubes-1-2
Method of Preparation
- Mix everything together . Enjoy your summer drink.
